Brand positioning and website building: LSTNR.com

Katja Noschis Delaloye and Peter Sun worked together from February 2021 to march 2022 at The Listener Concept Store in Frankfurt, to create their website, LSTNR.com. When Katja was hired, the Concept store had only a transactional site, Katja defined the positioning of the new website after doing a market research and defining its future customer base (business persona).

The special positioning, which would ensure market shares for the business, came from two factors, defined by the axis on the map below:

  1. A purposeful brand mix, (meaning all brands in the online portfolio would be carefully chosen for being environmentally friendly

  2. A disruptive product mix, including: sustainable fashion brands, beauty&selfcare products, tech products with a high level of innovation and home&accessories

Following the research phase, Katja and Peter defined and created the corporate identity of the business, including the logo, business cards and corporate ID.

Once the brand identity and corporate identity was designed, katja and Peter, with the developer and studio team created:

  1. The entire design of the website, using a Shopify template as a base

  2. The editorial content

  3. The individual designer landing pages

  4. The product pages
