The founder

Katja Noschis Delaloye is the founder of Couture Consultancy. She speaks five languages and brings over twenty five years of experience working in the fashion industry.

She has a proven track record that includes: consulting, managing, buying, online marketing, trend forecasting, website launching, teaching and modeling. She has worked for small, big, emerging and established structures, in major fashion capitals including: Milan, London, New York and in other cities like Zürich, Geneva and more recently Frankfurt. She has been both an employee and an independent consultant and has a deep and global knowledge of the luxury goods market in the field of fashion and lifestyle.

She moved from New York to Frankfurt at the end of 2020 and worked for just over a year as the Online Strategy and Marketing Director for the Listener Concept Store in Frankfurt. She registered Couture Consultancy in March 2022 in Frankfurt and has since then organized Transforming Frankfurt Fashion, an event that was part of the official Frankfurt Fashion Week, and worked with numerous designers, including Quartier Frau, Creätr, Christin Fabian Cashmere, and St Beex. She also organises seminars and workshops with the Start-Up Accelerator Center, Frankfurter Gründer Zentrum, Hessen Design, and Jumpp Start-Up Accelerator. She has recently been appointed as a Communication and Marketing University Lecturer at the Akademie Mode und Design in Wiesbaden.

Career highlight: She was hired by Natalie Massenet and worked as a founding member of MR PORTER and later as a buyer and manager for the website from 2009 to 2014.
