Katja Noschis Delaloye is the founder of Couture Consultancy. She speaks five languages and brings over twenty years experience of working in the fashion industry. She has a proven track record that includes: consulting, managing, buying, trend forecasting, website launching, teaching  and modelling.

During her time working in fashion, Katja has acquired a global vision of the industry, from retail to wholesale and also from production and PR. She is also very familiar with the online market and understands how to sell successfully online. She has a proven track record in identifying trends and in gaining visibility and profile for unknown brands.

She worked as a buyer and manager for MR PORTER from 2009 to 2014. She was hired by Natalie Massenet, the founder and chairman of Net-A-Porter, MR PORTER and The Outnet (now YOOX Net-a-Porter S.p.a), to be the first full-time employee of the MR PORTER launch team. It gave her hands on experience of working at a major fashion start-up and was involved in everything from branding, operations, website development and building the list of prestigious brands that were part of the launch offer. After the research phase she bought about 80% of the launch offer which included: Boglioli, Bottega Veneta, Brioni, Burberry, Canali, Comme des Garçons, Etro, Gucci, J Crew, Lanvin, Loro Piana, Marni, Paul Smith, Ralph Lauren, Valextra and Saint Laurent

From 2006 to 2009, she worked as a fashion buyer and manager for Bon Génie-Grieder, Switzerland’s most popular luxury department store. Before that in, 2005 She worked for Costume National as a press officer, which made her understand the importance of images for creating a fashion brand in the mind of the consumer. As a student she worked as a model and sales person in Geneva. She completed a Masters in Fashion Management at SDA Bocconi in Milan in 2005, where she was also a lecturer in 2009.

It is this breadth of experience, from the shop floor to the buying team of one of the largest global online fashion retailers that Katja brings to her clients and enables her to offer a truly unique perspective coupled with in-depth industry knowledge.

Lucy Curran is a Copywriter and a Communications Advisor.

With a degree from St Peter's College, Oxford, in Modern History, Lucy began her career working in financial and corporate communications in London, advising a wide range of companies across many sectors including media, telecoms, financial services, and technology. For over ten years, she worked both in agencies and then in-house for global telecoms company, Orange as Head of Corporate PR

Lucy has undertaken various copywriting assignments for clients which have included everything from press releases to website content, presentations, articles and packaging.

She is able to offer clients a wide range of copywriting support which includes (but isn't limited to) website content, blog articles, advertorials, pitch presentations, brochures, marketing materials and social media. She is also audits and edits existing materials.

Lucy has spent over a year working with Katja at Couture Consultancy, combining her love of fashion and writing.
